Very professional in their approach. Timely and approachable and they always look at tying up any loose ends. They would look to see if there are any other benefits available to our clients.

Catax were very knowledgeable about the different aspects of claiming a tax refund and we felt supported throughout the process. They also kept us informed after the submission of the claim regarding timescales and next steps. All in all a very seamless process.
