Trying to buy replacement batteries for TELLO drone. Only contact is via chat. CSRs always polite but ultimately not helpful. Batteries out of stock. Aftermarket batteries will not work. Charged my card but can't provide a delivery date.

Toy drone, poor signal and connection through app, cannot handle any wind, a total waste of money, my worst purchase of 2019. One of the worst customer service experiences in my entire life.
