I was setting up a new email account today, and within 30 minutes of doing so, I found myself looking at all this stuff cluttering up my Inbox and thought "Why is all that here?!" Answer: I hadn't enabled SaneBox on this account yet. Most of the stuff that ends up in @SaneLater is good, just not urgent. But my favorite feature is being able to use @SaneBlackHole to immediately save a message there and know that I'll never see another email from that person again. (Good riddance!) If you get more than… 5 emails a day (a random number I just chose), then you should have SaneBox.

SaneBox does a great job of filtering my emails so I don't waste nearly as much time deleting emails as I would normally. The other great thing about SaneBox is that they will notify you, if there's any problem with their ability to do the filtering--such as being asked to change my email's password, as happened today. SaneBox was right on top of things and notified me quickly!

Sanebox makes an overwhelming email inbox manageable.

I love SaneBox so much. If I was out of the office for even a day, I'd have more than 800 emails clogging my inbox. Implementing Sanebox has made a huge difference. Its smart filtering goes far above what you can do with rules in Outlook. Email was taking up 2-3 hours a day and was a constant disruption. With Sanebox most days it's under 30 minutes, including replies. It's wonderful.

Hands down the best customer service out there. Not only are they quick to respond, but also they really make sure you are set with the most beneficial plan for you. Bottom line: they really take care of you because they really care. They have TRAINING folders, so they do a lot of the work.They have plenty of tutorials and an Academy that is very helpful.I was able to get to INBOX ZERO! What an awesome feeling. BUT in order for this incredible service to work for you, watch the tutorials,sign up for the Academy and you NEED to be diligent about emptying your inbox EVERYDAY. I suggest blocking out time each day specifically for going through email. They have amazing tools and folders to help you purge through all your emails.Then you will get the joy of reaching INBOX ZERO consistently!
