My name is Heather, and I live in Salt Lake City, UT. I am very glad I signed up for Sanebox. I was finally able to break my addiction to checking email, because there's hardly anything left in my inbox! Through filters (and unsubscribing), I learned that the vast majority of my emails didn't need my immediate attention, and I've been able to focus so much more time on being productive. I set aside a block of time to deal with my filtered email each day, but I am free to work on important things with the rest of my time. I'm guessing I'm saving at least an hour or more each day.

Well, I am like any other mail - fatigued person. I came across SaneBox in an online article. Purchased and installed it on my official and personal mail accounts. One word to describe it - brilliant.  The automated organising of mails works like a breeze and gets better each time I train it ( just 3-4 minutes per day).  But it has had positive impact on my own email behaviour which was contributing to my mail clutter.  sensible tips from SaneBox blogs and zero inbox mails has helped me to reduce my daily time on emails to less than half of what I used to spend a few months ago.  Thanks a lot Regards, VP Sharma

Sane Box provides solutions for multiple email issues. For myself the Sane Later feature (less important / spam emails are put in a separate folder for later handing) has been the most useful. For my paralegal, who must often follow up on emails where the recipient has failed to respond, the SaneBox feature that allows for automatic reminders, has been a godsend.

SaneBox is excellent. It has simplified my email experience, organized my emails so I only pay attention to the important ones and taken stress and frustration out of my life by separating junk email that I don't want to read. A great time saver.

Saves me a bunch of time on email and they've been excellent to deal with.

I'm a software engineer, and I've previously automated my email with procmail rules, mail app filters, Gmail filters, and even AppleScripts to automate mail interaction. I finally dropped all (most ;-) ) of that and signed on with SaneBox. It handles mail sorting well and makes mail filtering easy. Now I can just go quickly through my mail daily, pull actionable tasks into a todo list, and move on. SaneBox keeps things grouped so I can process the inbox in more detail, SaneLater in less detail, and quickly scan and delete/archive SaneBulk and SaneNews.

Have been using Sanebox for a couple of months now and am blown away- am saving at least 2 hours a week. Important for me in any application is to know what it can do - to explore the possibilities - I do like to go through manuals... Thankfully the Academy gives you - in very concise e-mail and web format - a great all-around view - so you don't need to read a manual -but can put Sanebox to good use from the get-go.

The intelligent sort places my many emails into separate "buckets", making it easy to find what I deemed important in immediate need of my attention versus others which are important but not urgent....can get to them when convenient later in the day or even tomorrow. Others such as newsletters, news feeds, etc. are also grouped together for later viewing. A critical viewing and sorting tool for me. And the Sane Black Hole to put email from a group or person I no longer want to receive emails from, both current and future, is very handy and useful. As well as Sane Later to defer an email to a later date and time of my choosing. Can't imagine not having it in the future,
