My office desk is huge and awkwardly shaped. San Jose Moving Services took the time to figure out the best way to carry it through doorways without damaging anything. Watched them pause, talk it through, and execute it cleanly. Not a single scratch anywhere.

Service dog user. My dog needs to focus. The movers from San Jose Moving Service ignored him completely. Didn't try to pet him. Didn't make kissy sounds. Didn't say "aww". That's exactly what you're supposed to do. And almost no one does it. They did. Professional.

United attempt but 35-min lag, superficial marks. Acceptable.
