I would give negative stars if I could. Still haven’t received a portion of my order placed a month ago before a big move. One of my bikes was damaged due to them never delivering any of the accessories I got including lighting to ensure my family was safe on the road, the stability hitch piece that should be included with the kit as you will constantly have to recheck your ensure it’s secure without it. And the fender components for my cruiser bike which was damaged because of not having them. I can only imagine how hard any of the lifetime warranty part will be to get honored so just know you’ll likely have to hunt down your order and dispute whatever never shows up with your bank. Snarky customer service reps and very limited hrs. BFs rack broke after four uses.

Saris boosts on being a us made company when they are indeed ABSOLUTELY not.. if your looking to invest in a us made product don’t be fooled

In my expereince the Products from Saris are poor quality (not fit for purpose). In addiiton to the problems experienced with the Saris Fluid 2 trainer - the support from Saris is non-existent. This company should be avoided at all costs.

I purchased a Saris H3 Turbo Trainer for £450. This is not a cheap unit. I contacted Saris during the warranty period to explain that the unit wasn't running correctly. They asked me to issue them with video evidence. Which I did. They then asked me to open up the unit and send them pictures of the internals. Which I did. Saris have now ceased communication with me, leaving me with an opened product and no resolution. I was in a better position before I contacted their "support team". I can not believe there are still companies that consider this type of treatment of the customers as acceptable. I would avoid purchasing from this company.
