I had a wonderful experience with this program, especially with their customer service. Molly Middleton from Customer Care was kind, responsive, and truly caring throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful and understanding. It’s rare to see this level of professionalism and compassion nowadays. SchoolStore is a fun fundraiser for the kids. They love the little huggers! It also come with gift cards for teachers which is great. Wish there were smaller options for the families that would like to donate, but can’t donate a great amount. Definitely recommend this fundraiser!

My son loves to earn things through school, and his family loves to help him. He gets a great sense of accomplishment when he earn things on his own. He got his book buddy last week and just yesterday he had it stolen at school. I spent all afternoon and morning trying to find somewhere to buy a replacement and quickly found out they are not available anywhere. As a last ditch effort I messaged the school store and explained the situation and asked if I could purchase another from them. They told me they were not available to purchase however they would be more than happy to send a replacement. This was way more then I could ever thank them for. I know I'm going to have the happiest kid when I pick him up from school today. Thank you so much!

Great organization with caring people. My son lost his book buddy which he got through SchoolStore. He was devastated by this so I called SchoolStore for a replacement. Tasha was extremely kind and immediately helped me out with a replacement. Tasha and ShoolStore went over and above to help with my problem.

I reached out because my son’s book buddy had been taken and he absolutely loves his book buddy. Tasha was so kind and she replied immediately advising that she would replace it for him.
