Only been using a month. So far, way better than Public Storage.

After harrowing experiences at San Francisco’s other awful self storage options, I found this spot... and wish that my whole nightmarish ordeals with Uhaul storage and. Public Storage had been passed over for this place. The people are so incredibly nice, professional, friendly, and best of all KNOWLEDGEABLE. If there’s something you need to know, they can provide you the answer correctly, quickly, and on the first time around(not mentioning names, ahem*cough-Uhaul Bryant Street, cough* I’d still be there if not for the fact that I ve been Able to extricate storage from my life altogether for the moment, thank God. But I would highly recommend the spot if you need some yourself.

the people that work there are helpful and the place is always clean. a little prices, but you get what you pay for. easy access, you can go there at any time. , you want.

The staff at Self Storage were very friendly and easy to work with. The facility seemed very secure, the elevators slow but large. I chose this facility in part because of how late you can access; most places closed at 7pm which is too early for me after work. My biggest complaint would be the small size of the flat carts provided; they are smaller than any other storage place I've used and most of my furniture did not fit well on them. It made moving difficult and took more trips up and down the slow elevator.

Clean faclities . Friendly professional, personable staff. The prices go up at a regular interval but can be offset. I have enjoyed doing business with them for years.

It was very disappointing to find out that the price has been increased by more than 30% only a few months after moving in. Otherwise all great!
