However, rate limits can activate automatically when third-party platforms use a single IP address to import large amounts of data. This is a technical safeguard, not a punishment, and we’re always willing to help developers configure their integrations properly. We never freeze crypto balances without reason. This only happens when a scam report is filed and funds need to be secured temporarily for potential refunds. If there are no active reports against a vendor, the balance is always released back to them. Regarding the chat closure, it was temporary and lasted one day while we patched a global critical vulnerability (CVE-2025-66478). Crypto payments still work reliably, with Bitcoin and Litecoin supported, and other payout methods go directly to the merchant account. The login button, Discord link, and policy pages have also been fixed.
