I’ve used Send2Press before I have always been really pleased with the level of service. The platform is a little cumbersome, though that has been improved, but questions are always answered timely and thoroughly and Chris makes sure to stay in communication throughout the entire process.

Send2Press provided outstanding professional service and advice in preparing and disseminating an announcement of the release of "A Secret Revealed" my first novel. Once the notice was posted, it was immediately picked up by many hundreds of news sites across the nation, including a key entertainment news publication for my target market, book readers. The publicity in turn generated a strong boost in sales. The success of the release exceeded my highest expectations.

I have personally been a Send2Press customer for 7 years now, and my firm has been working with S2P for well over a decade. I always recommend Send2Press to my clients as the most cost-effective option in existence. Note that "cost-effective" is not the same thing as cheap! Results are very important in my line of work, so I place real emphasis on the "effective" part. Every now and then a client insists on using a pricier distribution service at 3-4 times the cost. The results never surpass what we get from Send2Press. The service is attentive and personalized, too. To be honest, Send2Press has saved our bacon more than once by catching a broken link or other error that slipped through our failsafes. Highly recommend.
