I didn't use the service for almost 2 years but they still charged me for €900. They just took it and don't want to refund when I told them I did not want to use their service. The customer service refuses to help me. And replying on their e-mail is not possible.

Es war mal ein gutes Tool, aber leider aktuell nicht mehr. Ich hatte ein funktionierendes Paket und benötigte mehr Keywords. Also habe ich ein Upgrade bestellt. Es stellte sich aber heraus, dass das Upgrade ein Downgrade war :) SE Ranking hatte die Paket-Leistungen und die Definition der Leistungen komplett umgestellt, so dass ich mit dem "Upgrade" letztlich weniger Keywords zur Verfügung hatte und auch die Whitelabel Berichte weggefallen sind und das zu einem höheren Preis. Ich habe das dem Support gemeldet in der Annahme, dass es sich um einen Fehler handeln muss, aber scheinbar müsste ich nach den neuen Regeln ein Agentur-Jahresabo wählen um die Funktionen wieder zu erhalten. Ich will aber kein Jahresabo und fühle mich ehrlich gesagt verarscht. Das Ganze grenzt an Betrug!

This company send out spam emails to random people. Basically a throw enough S**T at the wall and hope some sticks strategy. Should tell you all you need to know about them. Reply to Their Reply - :/ I don't want to give you my private information - i.e. name and email, how would exposing myself to more unwanted emails rectify the issue? - Just do better marketing instead of lazy spammy blanket emails.

I wanted to cancel one service element we were no longer using. Their webpage had instructions on cancelling subscriptions, which were inaccurate and led to 30 minutes of going around in circles. I left it some time and sent them an email to continue one service but refund the other service and highlight the errors in their website instructions. They mentioned nothing about the errors on their website, blanked me on that point, and quoted their terms and conditions about non-refund. I would not have minded, but their website was wrong. To quote T&Cs and not resolve the issue, I got my backup and I cancelled all services. Customer retention starts with customer care.

A regular unremarkable service. Its only task is to automatically withdraw money from you. Payment cannot be cancelled. Support is unavailable. Works only through a subscription. I had to request a refund through the bank.

Not a fan of the tool. Software is buggy and data can be misleading. Customer service isn't great, and feel anything raised is brushed off as not their problem. Customer for over a year now.

We’re sorry that the data provided by our tools has caused trouble for you, but we’re currently importing keyword metrics from Google and so whatever data is reported by Google is going to be displayed in your account. Our technical team is working on augmenting the metrics using alternative data sources in order to provide some information even when Google reports none and we’re expecting this feature to be available by the beginning of the next quarter

Ich war großer Fan von SE Ranking aber die Vorgehensweise und Kommunikation auf Produktseite im Rahmen eines Upgrades sind völlig inakzeptabel und grenzen an Betrug. Der Customer Service zeigt sich leider völlig uneinsichtig. Ich arbeite selber im Produktbereich für ein SaaS-Abo Modell, so kann man weder seine Upgrade Leistungen kommunizieren und noch weniger seine langjährigen Kunden behandeln. 0 von 5 Sterne. 1. Wenn man mit einem älteren Abo (43,90 EUR pro Monat) an sein Keyword Limit kommt (bei mir 1.000 Keywords) wird auf der Seite ein Upgrade auf ein anderes Package empfohlen. In meinem Fall SE Ranking Pro mit 2.000 Keywords für 109 EUR pro Monat 2. Was im Rahmen der Upgrade Promotion allerdings in keiner Silbe erwähnt wird ist die Tatsache, dass sich die Berechnung der Keywords mit dem Upgrade ÄNDERT. In meinem alten Abo waren Keywords Keywords und losgelöst von den Search Engines & Sprachen die man tracken möchte. Im neuen Modell werden die in den Projekten gespeicherten Keywords mit der Anzahl der Search Engines (Google, Google Mobille, Bing etc.) und Sprachen (DE, US, FR etc.) multipliziert. Das hatte dann zur Folge dass ich nach dem Upgrade darauf keinesfalls mehr Keywords zur Verfügung hatte, sondern im Gegenteil direkt vom System aufgefordert wurde 675 Keywords zu löschen. Falls ich dies bis in einer Woche nicht mache, werden die Keywords automatisch gelöscht. Holy Shit. Kaum zu fassen aber wahr. 3. Da ich natürlich wenig Lust hatte die ganzen im Laufe der Jahre erarbeiteten und gepflegten Keywords zu löschen und via Chat Robot und Customer Service niemand zu erreichen war, habe ich zähneknirschend nochmals weiter auf Pro mit 3.500 Keywords upgegradet für 179 EUR pro Monat. 4. Ergo: Ich zahle also nach dem Upgrade 4x mal mehr für Quasi die selbe Leistung wie zuvor. Ich kann also nur jedem abraten jemals bei SE Ranking ein Upgrade durchzuführen. Bleibt bei Eurem alten Abo und schaut Euch nach Alternativen um.
