I was most impressed with Laura's very prompt and professional response to my email. She went above and beyond in outlining steps to use the products I purchased. I found her assistance a day brightener. Surely, she is a true asset to the Sharkpixel team.

Kristina is incredibly talented and her courses are easy to follow. I had a download issue and support got back to me within 2 hours on a weekend!

Hello, As a true beginner with PS, I took the gamble and purchased the Masterclass. During the last month I’ve done the rounds of many pro suppliers, You Tube videos, e-books and other to try to get a good start. But, I can honestly say that Kristina’s real life” explanation of how layers work in Photoshop, using real objects in real time, is the best I’ve seen anywhere and finally helped me break that first barrier. Maybe I’m more of a visual learner and my abstract reasoning is weak. Either way, you only get one chance to make a first impression, and she scored high! I look forward to moving to the next lessons. Gary

I had some problems after paying for one of the Sharkpixel courses: everything was resolved quickly, with great courtesy and several contacts with the customer's support desk. Well done!

Well, at first, I was actually questioning if this was actually legitimate... after purchasing, and then finding out my emails weren't coming through for the prompts of the packages I purchased... everything was fine... the brushes are great, and the special effects are great... I personally loved how they look...
