With that volume, occasional operational issues can occur under normal circumstances. What is not normal is the inaccurate and misleading narrative currently reflected on our Trustpilot page.The current reviews do not reflect our business, our ethics, or our 10-year track record. They are the result of a documented competitive attack.We have been actively working with Trustpilot to address this ongoing reputational harm. However, the platform’s response has been insufficient. The same gaps in policy and enforcement that allowed this exploitation to occur continue to allow it to persist.As a result, the original harm is being extended — long after the underlying issue has been resolved.While we are shipping orders on time and fulfilling all customer obligations, the false narrative has created unnecessary customer concern. This has led to increased sensitivity around routine shipping variables, escalated interactions for our Care team, and additional operational strain as we manually review patterns of inauthentic activity across platforms.This is not a reflection of our business. It is a consequence of platform failure.The continued visibility of inaccurate and manipulated reviews is materially harming our company and misrepresenting who we are.It also impacts customers directly — creating confusion and undermining trust where it should not.We have been in business for a decade. Ordered 1 and liked it...a few years later, wanted to replace, ordered again. Charge went to my credit card, but no email confirmation, no order. Emailed the 'Contact' information, no response. Disputing the charge now.

Saw an ad for this on tik tok, placed my order in April, kept checking the mailbox and it never came. Now it’s August, and I can’t get anyone to respond to my email. Total SCAM!!

I ordered April 1, 2022 and still haven’t received the product— it’s August 3rd. I’ve contacted them, not the other way around. And it’s just a song and dance. Meanwhile I get daily texts promoting new prints.

Same as everyone else. Placed my order on 5/26, still haven't gotten it. Never received email responses when reaching out or that there was an issue. Decided to reach out to the owner on instagram. She pretty much thinks all of us are lying and said there is a "pattern" going on with our complaints. Maybe if there is patterned going on its because there is an issue. She told me that she would escalate my compliant to CS and they would be in touch. That was a week ago. They are using Covid as an excuse but where able to sell the product to other companies to sell and where able to launch a new line. How can you do all that but can't ship out orders to people who have been waiting for months.

I placed an order 03/19/2022 and was offered 10% refund, then a shipping refund, and then told my order would ship by early June. Today I canceled my order and received a refund from Paypal. To make matters worse, the Customer Service email stopped replying to me. I also sent the owner a DM on Instagram and no reply.

Echoing all other reviews. Placed an order April 3 for an item stated to ship “in April”. Reached out end of May and Raphia promised free shipping and a 10%discount for my patience and promised product would ship in 2 weeks. Reached out in June, no response. Reached out in July, Raphia asked if I wanted a refund but advised it would be issued after the Holiday - my email was sent July 11 ( what holiday?!,) To this date no product, no refund. Total scam.About to file a report with my card. DO NOT ORDER FEOM THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order on May 29th. It's July 25th and no update. Upon reaching out, I only receive automated responses. I still have not gotten a refund.
