I preordered on Black Friday knowing it would take a few months to get, but knowing it would be worth the wait. Package finally arrived and I sadly got the wrong pattern. They let me know that I can either exchange for the pattern I wanted or keep and get an additional discount off it. The pattern was still beautiful (and honestly I just wear in shower so no one sees) so I did keep. I know it takes a while to get but I PROMISE if you don’t wash your hair every day, this shower cap is a MUST! Never thought I’d be that girl, but I can NOT live without this thing!

I would like to update everyone on my review ....Just as I pressed send on this review my order was delivered. well packed and exactly what I ordered. I placed my order on 5th December 2023 ... today is 10th April 2024 and I still don't have my order despite being informed several weeks ago that it was on the way. You have my money and I'm wondering if you're still in business.. Very disappointing because I loved your product and thought you were definitely customer driven

I love my Shhhowercap and have used it constantly since a friend sent me one as a thank you gift after I admired her when she stayed with me. Above all, it's highly functional and keeps my hair dry in the shower and bath. But it's also super cute! Great product and great gift!

The best shower cap I have ever bought. I use it almost every day and I bought it before 2020. It looks new.

Update on 4-19-24: I was pleasantly surprised by a follow-up call and full support. We are very appreciative of the response and clarification of what happened with our initial order. Initial Review: Completely ineffective customer service. I ordered a Shhhowercap for my mother for last Mother's Day. I've been back and forth in emails with their customer service team, and even though many were affected with this issue, and they were aware, the only resolution was to send me new shipping label information, but the item was never received both times. I understand that third party issues can be challenging, but I don't understand how you could run a business this terribly.

Update - I received a call from the owner & founder who explained the situation. I have many years of system implementation and data migration under my belt, and now completely understand what happened, and it does sound like it was way beyond their control. Honestly, the product was so great that I've been tempted to reorder anyway, but they've more than corrected the mistake, which I really appreciate. They didn't ask me to modify my review, but I thought it was important to do so. (I had a great experience with this company many years ago. My caps needed to be replaced, so I ordered 2 new ones, with the understanding that there would be a 2 week delay. Today is the one-year anniversary of that order, and when their customer service isn't ghosting me, they're telling me it's shipping soon. They won't refund, they won't deliver...)

Companies should take a lesson about customer service from SHHHOWERCAP! They truly do care about their customers, they helped me with my order and made sure I was able to securely get the cap I needed for my wife, in time for her trip!
