Purchased a part online (July 4) and it…
Purchased a part online (July 4) and it was wrong. Requested a return authorization and sent it back untouched. Contacted USPS tracking and part had been received July 20th. Kept waiting for my $422.05 refund. They kept saying "it takes time to refund, sometimes a month and a half" I did not approve of that when its always 1-2 business days in mist instances. Finally on the 23rd of August I call again and am told ""we need the tracking number otherwise we cannot be sure we got it" I played stupid just to see what other crap they were going to fling. Then I was told they would credit my card if I sent them the tracking number. They said It was a pain for THEM having to work on this return... I got them the tracking number ( all along they had correspondence that the item had been delivered the 20th). Basically I believe they were stalling me until I lost the tracking number so they would keep the money. There are too many decent companies to deal with these types. Oh , and they only sent me back $413.57 out of the $422.05. I guess they were more desperate then I thought.
