I've been with them for about a year because the price vs what seemed on offer was right, but not a week has gone by without issues. Content disappears, templates you spent a lot of time on stop working - they seem to have no QA whatsoever, and the users have to test the product, which is a pain at best. You're pretty much having to talk to support a lot, which is fine if you've got no deadlines and a lot of time on your hands, and not fine for pretty much everyone else. I'm very tired of having to ask support to make things work so I'm actively looking for a similar product - not better, but one that JUST works, you know. That's all i ask for. Stop innovating, and give me a stable platform.

The app is almost great, but then you can’t see the size of fonts and a few other simple things you can’t do in (not so)Simplified. So as great as the app is, it's frustrating you can’t do some simple things. The biggest gripe is that I clicked on the 7 day trial and got charger £15!!. Expensive also, yes the app is great but you can't do certain things in Simplified that you can in cheaper and simpler app. Personally I’m sticking with Canva, much more simplified than Simplified all round: app, trial and pricing. I suggest Simplified change their name to Complexified. Requested refund from Apple and this was declined. Strangely got two subscriptions from Simplified one free and then one at the same time for £15. My advise would to not take up Simplified’s free trial as they’ll charge you for a free trial.

Unfortunately, this one is at the bottom of the heap at this point in terms of ai writers. Its results were incomplete (blogs were cut off without finishing). That can be costly when you're paying for credits and the software cannot finish a job. Customer service did not follow through with a resolution. We moved on.

This is the worst app with a bunch of bugs. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They don't even respond emails. I sent multiple emails requesting my refund because i cancelled the subscription the next day I signed up due to bugs and poor performance and they never responded. I contacted through chat as well with someone named Laila who said she will get back to me but never did. I keep sending her texts and I can see she reads them but never responds. Please use CANVA instead!! Better features, user friendly, cheaper and great customer service.

So i had subscribed the service for a month as i thought of giving it a try but then while subcribing for it i did not opt or authorise them to save my card info or even for a matter of fact to charge my card again the next month without my consent which is exactly what they did and that too without sending me a prior notice via email or any other form of communication, as this came to my suprise that they charged my card without my authorisation so i instantly wrote to them to kindly reverse my payment as i did not opt for the monthly subscription being charged automatically also i had not opted to save my card info, but turned out they are really unprofessional and unethical and they refused to reverse my payment and were not helpful at all, i am definitely sueing them for the same so they should learn a lesson for misusing people’s card info and trust….DONT BUY THEIR SUBSCRIPTION AS ITS ALL AVAILABLE FOR FREE ON VARIOUS APPS.
