The test was very easy to use and was preferable to going to a sleep lab.

So great to hear! Thank you for sharing. We hear this a lot and we're honored to do this for you in a much better setting...in your own bed, next to your loved ones, spouse, partner, dogs, cats, etc. lol!

I have done a sleep study in a lab and it was no fun. If you've ever tried to get a good night's sleep in a hospital bed, you've pretty much experienced what it's like getting a sleep study done in a sleep clinic. For my new appliance, my dentist had me to an at-home sleep study with SleepTest.com and it was incredibly easy. The best recommendation I can give is that I was able to sleep with the sleep test on my body. There was nothing glued to my head, and just a couple of things to hook up. It wasn't bad at all. They shipped it right to my door and I just dropped it in a box with the shipping label they gave me and I sent it back. My dentist got my results back with the diagnosis and we were able to move forward with my treatment. Now I'm sleeping better than ever and I have to give some of that credit to sleeptest.com.
