hidden fee out of no where. I honestly really like slidebean but this is super underhanded. I am paying for an entire year just to get the pdf of my own presentation. I have no choice but to pay $96. Would have happily recommended in the past but now, wouldn't touch with a barge pole until this sneaky stuff stops.

Very disappointed with this service, surprisely they charged me today a $220 yearly fee from Slidebean when I'm not renewing this service because it's worthless. I totally don´t recomend this plattform, you won´t get more than a Powerpoint/Google Slides and they could even give you hidden charges. I'm so angry with these guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very limited, repetitive set of templates. Not good value for money.

Really sad to write this after having quite a good experience with the software/app. Hired their design consultancy to help develop a pitch deck for investors as we believed they had previous experience with marketplace pitch decks like in their videos, and wanted a quick turnaround. 4 months later they have sent through an incomplete pitch deck that we could have done on a Canva or Slidebean template ourselves in 3-4 hours, definitely not worth the $2k invested. Tried to talk to the designers to complain, they kept on saying you have signed this contract etc, when we said we were not happy with each step - they said it would fixed in the next part, which is has not been

Hi James, Thank you for letting us know about your issue with the design agency. I have reached out to the Project Manager that dealt with your project to notify them of your review, and they have since looped you into an email thread with their superior, Vinicio Chanto, who is the Chief Design Officer and one of the Co-Founders of Slidebean. We would like to resolve this problem for you so I welcome you to reach out to either Vinicio, or your Project Manager. - Páraic, Community Manager @ Slidebean.

A online slide offering that’s not intuitive with very poor customer service. Very disappointing. Signed up to a ‘Founders Edition’ which didn’t offer anything I didn’t already know. Geared totally toward the US market with no knowledge of European or Asian markets. Would not recommend.

Hi there, Its unfortunate to hear that you had a negative experience with our Founders Edition package. Would you be interested in organising a call to discuss your experience further? I'd love to hear your opinion on the package so we can continue to improve it as we grow. If you are interested you can contact me at [email protected]. Hoping to hear from you soon. - Páraic, Community Manager at Slidebean.

I really like the Slidebean founder YouTube videos, so I really hate writing this review, but this service is terrible. I honestly don't get it, definitely not worth the price; they underdeliver massively on value. The slides are very limited and look basic, and AI doesn't add much of anything. There are limitations to the ppt. you can create, and you cannot add simple graphics such as shapes, arrows, or bullets. I have tried multiple times to create presentations on the site, and I'm so disappointed I return to my database of powerpoints and produce better results. Honestly, just buy a stack of ppts off a fiver and modify those. I got like 2k slides for $5 with all the icons and graphics you need to make a great PowerPoint. I have not used their design service, so I can not comment on that.

had a simple 8 page dec that had a next day deadline. we just wanted it tuned up to look better. whoever they assigned it to changed the numbers in the graph in a lazy cut and paste so three out of the four graphs on one of the pages was not factual at all. this was forwarded to the client and caused large problems. We paid $700 for this next day service, would definitely never use again or recommend. they created a decent looking giant PITA for us.

Don’t use their pitch deck design service, their “designers” have absolutely no experience and will copy and paste images from your website. I paid a lot of money and I need a refund, because I could’ve put together a better pitch deck in 10-15 minutes.
