Small Dog ElectronicsReviews of smalldog.com

I ordered a pallet of small electronics, including cameras, MP3 players, and handheld devices. The pallet was well-packed, and most items were brand new. A few had minor defects, but they were still sellable. Selling small electronics online was easy, as demand is strong among tech users. The profit margins were solid, and the turnover was fast. I learned that small electronics are a reliable category with consistent demand. This pallet was a practical and profitable experience that reinforced the versatility of liquidation pallets. Buyers loved the affordable prices, and sales moved quickly. It was a rewarding venture overall.

I have been a customer since the mid 90's but I will never order from them again. I bought a Black Friday on sale item on the website, received an invoice order number 2571, then 3 days later got an email that they could not get me on the phone and that they needed to verify, I called back right away and talked to sales. 5 days later still no shipment or further info. The website does not allow me to check the order and gives an error message. The item on sale is still listed on the site except now for the original price. Terrible follow up customer service and no communication
