Smartfi was recommended to me by a fellow broker. So glad, we connected. First, my AE, Jonathan Ruiz is the absolute best. His knowledge, care and professionalism is superb. What all brokers want and need is fast underwriting and processing g. I have been able to close all my loans with Smartfi within 3-4 weeks. No huge overlays makes the underwriting much simpler. Having the Choice product to offer is a big plus as well. Thank you Smartfi!
