I could not activate after downloading. The icon never appeared anywhere on my computer. I have sent 2 emails requesting a refund and have heard nothing from Softwarehubs. I have had a positive experiences downloading software from other companies, so I am not a novice.

My wife and I bought 2 copies of Microsoft Office 2021 Pro+ Professional and got 2 product numbers. We have the same computers and she installed her office '21 with no problems. Mine would not install and took us around in circles and finally said wrong product number. We spent days trying everything we could think of and nothing worked. My wife was telling her Brother about it and he said it happened to him and to buy another copy of the program and try it. Your customer service was no help until a human came on and she took us in circles and finally said "it won't install. So we bought another copy of office '21 for $42 and it worked! No problems at all. You screwed up somehow and it cost us a lot of lost time. Please at least refund the $42 for the bad program copy. Credit it to the credit card on account and let me know by email. Thank you, Ron Roth.

I purchased the MS professional 2021 plus. The software download link was not included. I did however find it, downloaded the soft. Put in the code and rang the ms number to be told the code was not valid. I've emailed the company, but have had no response. My advise, purchase elsewhere as its a con. The codes are not valid and the Company do not respond.
