Word 2021 .vs. .docx files
Install was a bit bumpy, but worked. I discovered Word 2021 will not open .docx files created by earlier version of Word. Kinda lame on Microsoft's part, but a warning would have been appreciated.

Easy, but tricky
Ordering and downloading were smooth and easy. Installation a bit tricky, especially if previous software editions are present
