I would give it a zero if I could. Have a problem and have gotten no help despite emails, phone calls, online chat. Customer support ghosted me mid conversation in online chat. I’m disputing the charge with cc company. Customer support is nonexistent. Horrible -5 stars

I have paid for my program, and sent numerous emails that the code provided does not work. Please give me a code that is valid as I have already paid

I ordered on Oct 5th and never received item. Order No SH-210174 for $39.97. Since I never received it I would like to have a refund. I have since made other arrangements.

The software key you sent me was bogus and didn't work. You also never responded to emails and phone calls always went to an answering machine/automated system. You exhibit no customer service and i wasted money on your website. Absolute and complete waste of time and effort. We will never use this website or company again.

I’d give zero stars if I could. We paid for office and they gave us a code attached to someone else’s email. Wouldn’t respond to emails except by saying log into our account. But it wasn’t our account. No one answered the phone and when you leave a message they don’t call back I had to dispute the charge. Stay away!

I just tried to load Windows 10 pro and found out it was already used. I also tried to load one of the 3 MS Office I bought 3 months ago and found out all three were used prior as well. Now I have spent about $250 at your business with nothing to show for it.

I am disappointed. I received the Microsoft Office 2021 software with Word, Excel, Outlook(new), and Powerpoint. It was with Office 365 which I definately did not want. I had ordered MS Office 2021 Professional perpetual licensing with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher & Access.

Did not receive software. No help from the contact. Very unsatisfied.
