so far I am happy with the experience
so far I am happy with the experience, but I did load Office to a computer I don't normally use with Office. So, I will soon find out how easy it will be to transfer it to the computer that will normally be using it... That will be the test..

Good DownloadIt was an easy purchase and the…
It was an easy purchase and the download was smooth with no problems. The installation was a bit confusing because it said I was loading Office 365 when I bought Office 2021, but it actually loaded Office 2021. Activation worked very well and all the office programs were activated.

The turn around response to my email …
The turn around response to my email was quick. I only had 1 day to use my softwarePin. Maybe they could let the customer know that the pin only last for 14 days. This information would be very important and should be included in their instructions. Had i not sent them an email I would have lost my $99. Not a good thing !!
