The glasses that I ordered, which I LOVE, broke after a month. Because the price is so affordable, I went on and ordered a new pair. The second pair broke in the same spot after a little over a month. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and understood my frustration. They refunded the cost of TWO pairs of frames right away, which to me is great customer service.
