Pretty easy to use, high quality product, fast shipping. It's probably not possible, but one improvement would be the ability to resize photo templates on custom pages without creating a whole new page. Otherwise, quite happy with the experience.

Fantastic quality and the site itself was easy to use. My only problem was with how pricy it was

Easy to use. Happy with the quality. Used to create a book for my son's short stories. Copy pasted text from Google docs easily. Adding pictures was not so easy. If the story took up almost three pages, and you wanted to drop a picture in the extra space at the bottom of the 3rd page- you had to change templates and retype that section if the story. I would have been easier to add an image box- size it then drop picture in. Otherwise loved it. Will use again when there is a sale.

The final product and the quality of the reproduced pictures were excellent as was the speed of delivery following the order. A user should definitely complete writing their text and proofread before inserting it due to the lack of a spell check feature and the very small size of the print in the review tab. Creation of a Table of Contents is difficult because what you see is not what prints as page numbers end up on the next line down.

Dear Richard, thank you for your review and giving us 4 stars! :). Regarding PREVIEW and table of content, there is no error on our end and what you see in the PREVIEW is what we print, which we try to explain in the editor: ATTENTION: The editor is only a tool for writing - you need to PREVIEW your book to see how it will be. There is a spell check function marked ABC. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! My best/Hampus - Customer Service

The site was very easy to use, and the finished product pretty impressive for an amateur publication. We used a lot of colored photographs which were crisp and clear, including those that were flagged for possible problems. The facility with which I could add or subtract pages and upload photographs made the whole project much easier. There were a couple of things that I'd like to see. One is a better HELP function with questions and answers. Sometimes I had to read a whole page through before I figured out what I needed to do. Also, (and I don't know how you'd fix this), I ended up using a larger font and therefore editing text (sometimes pretty severely) because I couldn't figure out how the font size would translate to the printed page. Using the preview function really didn't help with that dilemma. Everything turned out fine in the end, but I didn't really need to spend the time editing that I did. More text and size 8 or size 10 font would have been fine.

The book came in record time. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the book. Its not that its cheaply done but for $100+ I expected a better quality in the paper and the book itself.

I put together a 20 page book and it was generally user-friendly and I was delighted with the result. I liked the way text automatically moved to successive pages. One area of improvement relates to templates. It would be easier if I could change the size allocated to text/photos by adjusting the size right on the page through dragging rather than having to create a new template each time I wanted to revise. There was a lot of trial and error, especially with photos, to get the right proportions.
