Company responds in a timely way
I am very satisfied with the company. They were professional. They got back to me about my questions. Then they followed up with a phone call to see how things were going, and they sent the product in a timely way and a printing label to return something that I needed to return. I am very pleased and would recommend them to friends.

The representative was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with her. She helped me with re-registration of my device. Also enquired about the problem with my device and replaced it with the new one. This certainly gained my trust in your company and your products.
