I am not the easiest person to deal…
I am not the easiest person to deal with. It’s a fault I’m working on with the Grace of my Lord. Anyway, despite my crankiness, Angie went ABOVE and BEYOND in explaining everything and more importantly working through very difficult issues that arose. I cannot thank her enough! Our phones are absolutely WONDERFUL and have exceeded our expectations. Angie is definitely a valuable asset to your business.

Our company recently switched to…
Our company recently switched to Spectrum VoIP, from our outdated phone system. Suny, our project manager, was so very helpful and kind. She answered all of our questions clearly and promptly. They provided training on the new phones, which was appreciated, and it is nice to know we can ask questions and get more training at any time we need.

Suny Robinson created a seamless migration experience.
Suny Robinson was extremely helpful in working our multi site infrastructure. She was also very willing to work with my knowledge and experience to setup a migration that fits me. This allowed me to focus on other things for back-end processes. I would highly recommend spectrum voip, and will be requesting Suny as my project manager everytime!

Cormac Cook was my rep , Welcome to the Future !
Cormac Cook was my rep , and he guided me through the whole process. Went from old school phones to VOIP network phones. Big changes, but welcome to the future. I can take calls to my cell phone, text and fax. Just what we were looking for. Transfers to my cell when out of the office or out walking the lot. Works Great !

Great Onboarding Experience

Reagan has been in touch with me throughout the process and communicates very well. If I had any issues, he was there to support and resolve my problems. I know I can call on him if any problems come up.

We received exceptional service from start to finish. She was consistently available to answer our questions, provide guidance, and assist us throughout the transition.
