Change isnt easy
Making a phone company change over when your business is a dine in / carryout/delivery pizza operation is a bit stressful as 50% of our business is over the phone but the process went down without any major issues. The reason it went so smooth was because the Associate Project Manager, Reagan Cooper, did a great job with this project!

Experience with Spectrum VolP
When we decided to go with Spectrum VolP for our internet and phones we were assigned to Suny. Her name actually was so true of her personality and ability to help me through any ups and downs we had with our process. She was our advocate and made sure everything was done with excellence and on time. Suny made the experience great and I wouldn't hesitate to refer people to them especially if all their PM's are like Suny.

Our company has used this service for a…
Our company has used this service for a few months now and are very happy! Suny has been extremely helpful every step of the way, and always reachable! Due to the older infrastructure of our building we had some hiccups, but Suny resolved everything quickly and thoroughly!

Problem was RESOLVED :)
My customer rep (I don't remember his name - SORRY!) was very professional and worked hard to get my problem resolved. I appreciated his dedication and follow-through. The problem was resolved and I can now check the voicemail for our main number.

Spectrumvoip is great!
Angela Garibotte was phenomenal getting us set up and running. Had the hardware at our location within a week and cutover to the new phones within a week of receiving the devices. No issues since cutover day either.
