I’m really disappointed with how Speedy Sticks handled my appointment and honestly would not use them again. I made an appointment for Friday, October 2 and then canceled it the SAME DAY I booked it, back in early September. Somehow the cancellation was never properly handled on their end, and I was still charged a $50 cancellation fee weeks later. When I contacted them about it, I was told to review their cancellation policy. I did, and their own policy says you need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. I canceled WEEKS in advance. Even when I contacted them again about the cancellation, it was still more than 24 hours before the appointment. So why am I being charged $50 because someone on their end didn't properly cancel my appointment? What really bothered me was seeing that the charge also appeared on my credit card as recurring. I absolutely did not knowingly authorize Speedy Sticks to set up recurring charges on my card. At this point it isn't even about the $50. It's the way this was handled and the fact that instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and correcting it, I was pointed to a cancellation policy that actually supports my position. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the BBB. I have also kept all of the documentation and correspondence. Very disappointing experience. If you use Speedy Sticks, I would definitely keep records of your cancellations and check your credit card statement carefully. Better yet, DO NOT USE THEM!

The office staff (phone operators) are incompetent at best, they messed up the appointment I carefully made to fit between medications so I had to reschedule, making me wait another 2 weeks. The appointment was then changed. Thee tech however was amazing, efficient, kind and got my sample off within hours of the draw.

I had an excellent experience with Speedy Sticks! From scheduling to the actual blood draw, the entire process was fast, professional, and stress-free. The phlebotomist was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the blood draw quick and virtually painless. The convenience of having a reliable mobile blood draw service saved me a tremendous amount of time, and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. If you’re looking for a dependable, efficient, and professional blood draw company, I highly recommend Speedy Sticks. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I initially scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday, which was canceled. After that, it took over a week to receive confirmation on a rescheduled date. The appointment was eventually set for two weeks later, only to be rescheduled again for another week out. On the day of the final appointment, no one arrived, and I did not receive any communication beforehand. I later learned there was an issue, but I was not notified at the time. This experience reflects a lack of reliability and communication. Multiple reschedules combined with a no-show and no notice is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. They immediately charged my credit card. That was the only thing they did well. Despite email and text confirmation they failed to show up for my home visit covid test. No calls. The phone number went to voicemail. They immediately wrote a note on my google review but never actually contacted me directly to rectify situation. Do not give them a dime. Go elsewhere!!!!
