nothing has been done yet. i was sent a bill, for over $200, to get started, but nothing has happened yet about the problems.

Two things: 1) About an hour after I placed the order, you doubled the lead time. Get that straight up front, NOT after you've taken someone's money. 2) Maybe more ROHO's fault, but finding a part number for their cushions on their site or yours is a hassle and then doesn't even do any good, because the cushion-covers are sold by measurement. Actual measurements can be off an inch short or long measuring something like that. The lead-time thing is the one that got you two stars. I appreciate the response, but the TEN to fifteen days lead stated was superceded by the date provided upon placing the order, which was less than fifteen. Later, it was changed again to fifteen days. Once I wrote the review, it was changed to a shorter date.

I purchased a powerchair vehicle lift from Spinlife a year ago and have sent in several reviews about the poor quality and how the lift is no longer useable. I only use this lift 3 to 4 times a month, nowhere near what it is advertised weight and normal use (everyday) advertised, and one year later the frame and has bent so bad that it hits the ground when swinged open and I can't put my powerchair on it because it bends down so much it hits the ground. this is the frame that is bent. I have sent in several reviews on Spinlife website so that customers know about this unit, but they will not post my review because it is negative review but someone who posted a positive review after I sent my negative review gets posted right away. I wonder how many negative reviews they have not posted that may have given me to the information to not by this poor-quality lift. I am now stuck with a lift that is not usable and had to buy a new lift.

When someone chooses Overnight Shipping, they should be told the item is not in stock and will not ship for a week. When I choose Overnight Shipping I expect delivery the next day, or at least the second day.

it should not take 2 months or longer to receive parts that you order. I placed an order yesterday and was told months before i expect delivery.
