This is a scam. I made my first purchase, and after 15 days, I still had not received my redeem. I contacted support, and they credited the money back to my account. Then I made a second purchase, and that’s when the real nightmare began. After I submitted my redeem, they said I had to play until I doubled the amount. I did exactly what they asked. I have been waiting for my redeem since July, only for them to cancel it without any explanation whatsoever. They haven’t returned my investment, and customer support through chat is a complete joke. They ignore me and refuse to give me a clear answer or tell me when I will actually receive my money. This is a scam. Do not fall for it. If I could give them -0 stars, I would. This company should be shut down once and for all.

Horrible experience. After purchasing a 145 SC package (which cost me $154 including the fee), I waited 15 days before requesting a redemption. Then customer support told me the game rules had changed and that I had to keep playing until I had wagered double the amount. I did exactly what they asked, and now I’ve been waiting for over a month for my money to reach my bank account. I’ve contacted support hundreds of times, and they just keep giving me the runaround. This is a complete scam. DO NOT invest your money in this casino.

This site changes the terms of service without updating the date that it was last updated. They state that you must win 3x your purchase amount before they will process your redemption. Furthermore they also reserve the right to deny your redemption for any reason they choose. This was all stated by their customer service. You will never get paid by them. Avoid this site there are so many better ones.
