Lots of great games. Fair rtp, but a little slow on verifying and paying redemption request. The system does have some small lag, which is noticeable with a super fast internet speed of windstream. My redemption had been pending for 7 days, but customer support chat was great and it was deposited into my skrill instantly, before I was done with chat. I think this site is still working on done things, but so far, they seem to be getting on top of things and fixing the issues. Thanks.

Customer service was very friendly and responsive while working through verification. The site has a great assortment of games and had no issues while playing. Will hopefully update to 5 stars after seeing how my first redemption goes!

I was waiting several days for a response but I got one immediately today after I had logged in and went to the live help section and spoke to Robert and once I explained my situation they had checked and no sooner that he responded my funds had been deposited so I’m very happy that my redemption was paid out and made available immediately
