I am very satisfied with Splashtop Business. It is very cost effective, stable, secure, reliable and feature rich. Features: Groupings of computers, multiple monitors options, ability to restart remote computers and access at login screen, rename computers in console for better identification, file transfer, chat and more. I've been using Splashtop for years without any issues, and it's been an affordable option for a small business. So far, we've never had a situation where we needed to connect and couldn't. Whenever we've needed support, it was available and responded very quickly. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I highly recommend it to any IT support manager or even an everyday user looking for an affordable remote access solution.
