SpotOn, the best POS company for restaurants. Hey all, I want to give a big shout out to Jennifer Solberg Director of Client Success and the loyal team of amazing, committed folks at SpotOn who worked diligently to solve our problems with credit card processing. The team worked through our problem tirelessly and with intentionality to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Throughout the process, they communicated effectively to our management team and set realistic expectations of when the problem would be corrected, and they hit the mark! Most important, SpotOn needs recognition for being a stand-up company who operates with principals, integrity and old school values. They refunded all the overcharges and went over the top by offering to change out some equipment we were not 100% satisfied with. I would highly recommend any company looking for a state-of-the-art POS, take a hard look at SpotOn. They have a fantastic product with so many features that many others don't offer keeping them at the font of the pack with technology and value pricing. Again, a big thanks to all a SpotOn for their commitment to 110% customer satisfaction, regardless of the challenges they had to overcome to achieve this. As entrepreneurs and business operators know, this level of commitment is a rare commodity these days and must have to run a sucessful company.

The collar works great. We have set up 3 different yards and it always has worked great. We never have to worry about our little fur girl. Customer service is great.
