Main problem is rate/ charges. When spot-on started service at our store. The charges was over all 1.9 % then after slowly increased to 2.5 to 2.8% for same amount of transaction and same count of debit and credit transactions. I would not recommend spot -on. Thinking to change. Larry 615-785-9040
