Very poorly organized and missed the entire planting season. They still have not sent some items ordered in spring. The staff have no idea about planting and sent items in August. They do seem to be working to resolve issues after many phone calls. Will definitely not use again.

The plants were small, leggy, and broken. The plants had been bouncing around loose in the boxes during shipping. The cost for this garbage was ridiculous. Ill stick with the fantastic vendors on Etsy.

Plants are bundled causing confusion on order quantity. When I tried to correct old credit number automatically applied, my order got changed. Plants that are out of stock continue to be advertised. My order got screwed up & I couldn't correct order after initially entered was worst.

I ordered with the understanding that the products you offered were on hand. I am still waiting for my order after more than two weeks.

Trees were barely 12" (some probably closer to 11") but the biggest reason for the low rating is I ordered 6 norway spruce and I received 5 norway spruce and 1 mystery plant.
