I accidentally double ordered an item. They called to confirm if this was correct, which it was not. Really appreciated that call which prevented the need to return an item.

The parts for my door glass were delivered very quickly. The parts worked much better than the junk parts my customer bought. His parts the roller wheels broke off the first time the glass was rolled up.

I notified ss396.com right away and put in a request for return and caught the order even before it was packaged and sent. The refund on that purchase made it back to my account in reasonable time. I then reordered the correct part # and they arrived when promised.
