The service was good. The parts were delivered with in a reasonable time. One out the two parts were incorrect.

Mike, that is because some of the parts you ordered are "drop shipped", so they ship from the manufacturer and can take a little longer than the in stock items from our warehouse you already received. Any questions, give us a ring!

I ordered a 4 speed swap for a 70 monte carlo, the parts were amazing quality and pedals are great Here is where the problem is that these cars rarely came with manuals and its not te same as the chevelles They sent me chevelle z bar ,linkage, and brackets expecting it to work You can tell They did no actual R&D To see if they were compatible While it is true chevelles and monte Carlos share a good bit of parts But for obvious reasons a monte carlo hood wont fit on a chevelle even tho they are very similar the hood is 6 inches longer That its self shouldn't be so bad if they didn't give you 3 days to figure that out and after that your stuck with it The only reason they are getting a 3 star is i cant deny the quality of part they are of good quality and came with all the parts to assemble everything but I will be having to fabricate the brackets and linkage after I paid 300 for the kit If you have a 70 monte carlo buy the pedals only they are great and buy a hydromax kit they are only 90 bucks for the pedals rest of the kit is useless

Order a stainless fuel tank from 396. They ship one from original parts group. If I knew that was the case I could’ve got it cheaper if I would’ve went right through original parts group.

One of the items I ordered (CV07-G02) was missing hardware (qty.6 #8-32 small pattern nuts to secure the molding.

This is the message I sent . (I ordered JDX-69KV4 ($243), but wanted to order JDX-69KV8 ($261). I need the inner window felts offered by the second product. Can I just pay the difference and get the interior window felts for a 1969 chevelle?) Customer service responded that "this is not an option. They are sold as a set". I doubt that this is the case. I am betting that an additional order for the two felts that are available in JDX-69KV8 could have been arranged, but the person did not how to make that happen. Resulted in outrageous shipping return cost just to get $20 worth of parts. I understand that I made the mistake, but believe that with a little effort on your end the parts could have been purchased separately.

Thank you for the feedback, Steve. You are correct that this started with an ordering mistake, and we understand why the outcome was frustrating. In this case, we do not sell the inner window felts separately, so the only option would have been to return the incorrect kit component (CH182A) and reorder the correct kit component (CH195A). That said, we agree the return shipping cost for such a small difference is frustrating. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d be happy to review the return and reimburse the shipping cost you paid out of pocket. Well I'm not sure if it was the company or fed ex. The parts were supposed to be delivered on March 29th, then the 30th. I was not notified of the parts being delivered on 3/31/25 until I looked up the tracking. Parts were correct though.
