Star Van LinesReviews of starvanlinesmovers.com

The movers gave out their boxes when mine were completely empty. I really liked the fact that they numbered each box and wrote down what was taken from where.

The movers arrived on time and worked quite quickly. They were not in a hurry, but carefully packed my things. After the move, the apartment was left clean, they did not leave any trash behind. Overall, everything was fine, no complaints. If necessary, I will contact them again.

Honestly, I was stressed moving from Boston to Cambridge, but Star Van Lines was great. They brought enough blankets, bubble wrap, and tools. One box toppled in the truck, but nothing broke. I appreciated their honesty and effort. Made moving way less painful than expected.

My husband and I were moving. We loaded up on time, the guys from Star Van Lines did everything without any problems, quickly and carefully. Nothing was damaged, everything was fine. They wrote notes on the boxes, noted that they needed to be packed more carefully. Very pleased with the service.

We moved with our family from Florida to California. The guys arrived on time, quickly and carefully packed our things. I was especially pleased that they marked the boxes by room - this made unpacking much easier. There was no damage, and the price remained the same as in the contract. I recommend!!!

Had to move my studio apartment and I was worried about my old record collection. The movers handled everything carefully, even stacked my vinyl upright like I asked. They paused a couple times to ask about boxes with fragile stuff, which I appreciated. Took longer than I expected, but nothing got scratched or broken. Really made the whole day way less stressful.

I just moved from Cali to Florida and used Star Van Lines. Gotta say, was super worried cause it rained ALL day, thought my mattress and some boxes would be soaked. But these guys… honestly, wrapped everything so tight it didn’t even smell like rain when we opened it. Movers were kinda late tho, like 20 min, but they were super friendly and careful with my stuff. My couch, TV and even my old guitar came safe. Price matched what they quoted, which was a relief, cause sometimes movers sneak in extra fees. Heard from a friend Bill J. that he moved with them last year and his stuff arrived perfect too, so seems like they really know what they’re doing. Some people online complain about delays or stuff getting scratched, but my experience was solid. Would use them again if I need to move.

I recently moved from Visalia, California, to Rhode Island with Star Van Lines, and I can’t praise their service enough! The entire process for this cross-country move was smooth, professional, and stress-free, thanks to their amazing team. A huge thank you to Jose Carlos and his team, who handled the packing and wrapping of my household goods. They did an incredible job protecting my items, carefully wrapping and packing everything with such precision that nothing was damaged during the move( and I mean it! Not even a glass) Their attention to detail and teamwork gave me complete confidence that my belongings were in the best hands. Sonya, the sales representative, was fantastic. She explained to me every detail of the process clearly and patiently, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with every step. Her professionalism and warmth made planning the move a breeze. Robert, who coordinated the move, was equally outstanding. He was respectful, professional, and always available to address my concerns. He kept me updated throughout the process and answered every question I had, no matter how small, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. The service was exceptional, the price was very reasonable, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Star Van Lines to everyone looking for a reliable, professional moving company. Thank you, Jose Carlos and his team, Sonya, and Robert, for making my move such a great experience! I will use your company again without hesitation if I have to move again. Best regards for your entire team, DIANA
