Star Van LinesReviews of starvanlinesmovers.com

I was moving out of town and decided to try Star Van Lines — a friend recommended them. At first I was worried about how everything would go, but it turned out in vain. They arrived on time, didn’t forget anything, the guys worked calmly, without fuss. There was a moment when we didn’t immediately understand how best to take out a large cabinet — we discussed it, found a solution, didn’t waste time. Everything arrived intact, I was especially worried about the glass table — they packed it conscientiously. The price matched what we discussed in advance. No pathos: normal, honest service, as it should be.

When I first made contact with Justin Gutierrez at Star Van lines, he made me feel comfortable immediately. After talking to several different moving brokers, I was glad that I find an actual company that handles everything from start to finish. The pricing was transparent. I did not encounter any up charges or extras or any of these other “hold hostage“ claims that other people have stated. Everything went according to schedule. The communication was awesome. They called me an hour before they would be there so I could meet them at the storage unit and then on the backend they called an hour before the delivery after they touched base with me before saying that they would be delivering on Monday morning. I highly recommend you contact Justin Gutierrez at Starr van lines. I’d like to give a big shout out to my actual mover.Serhii Prenko! He was just awesome and communicated with me all along the way as I moved from Bradenton, Florida to Las Vegas, Nevada. Call Justin for your move. You will be happy you did.

I had an incredible experience with Star Van Lines Movers, and I can’t recommend them enough. Artur, the owner, was amazing—he personally answered every call and managed the crew himself to ensure everything went smoothly. When a small issue arose, Artur even voided some charges to make sure I was completely satisfied. From the moment I reached out, the team was professional, efficient, and took great care with all of my belongings. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. Their customer service and transparency made the whole move stress-free. I’ll definitely be using them again!

These guys are awesome got my stuff the very same day without a scratch will def recommend

So yeah — we finally decided to move in together. Two students, one tiny budget, and a whole lot of random furniture (don’t ask why I own three desk lamps). Found Star Van Lines online and honestly wasn’t expecting much — just needed someone to help us not break our backs. But man, they actually surprised me. These guys showed up early, didn’t waste time, and were cool with the fact that we were still stuffing things into boxes when they arrived One of them even helped me wrap my monitor because I clearly had no clue what I was doing. Was it perfect? No idea — I mean, moving sucks no matter what. But nothing broke, the price was fair, and they didn’t treat us like we were dumb kids. That counts. Would I call them again? 100%. Just hoping I don’t have to move again for a while.

We’re your typical family: two kids, one rabbit, and way too many boxes labeled “important” even though no one really remembers what’s inside. Moving is stressful enough, especially when your packing list includes three beloved stuffed bunnies and a backpack full of LEGOs that “no one is allowed to touch because it’s dad’s LEGO world.” We called Star Van Lines on a friend’s recommendation, and right from the first phone call, we felt like we were in good hands. Clear coordination, honest pricing — everything was discussed upfront. But what really stood out was how calm and kind they were once they saw our kids running around yelling, “Don’t pack me in a box!” The crew worked efficiently but never rushed. One of the movers even smiled and said, “I wouldn’t stack that toy on top of the glassware unless you want a fireworks show on delivery” — and you know what? He was 100% right. If I’m being picky, they were about 20 minutes late, but they called ahead, so we finished breakfast and let the kids watch one more cartoon. Other than that — flawless. Everything arrived safely, no scratches, no stress. The kids calmed down, the rabbit didn’t even notice the change of address. So yes, I’d definitely recommend Star Van Lines — especially to anyone whose home is full of more than just “stuff.”

Recently I hired Star Van Lines Movers to move my senior parents to a retirement community, and honestly, I've never been so thankful that I chose them to manage it. It wasn’t about the boxes or the furniture — they were simply moving them — it was everything else. The team showed up right on time and immediately put us at ease. They were gentle with my parents, really took their time with the fragile items — old photo albums, china, a few antiques — and made sure my parents understood what was happening at every stage. That level of patience and care meant a lot. The move itself went incredibly well, with no stress, no delays and all our things arrived safe and sound. They seemed to get it: How much this day meant to us. Five stars, no hesitation — I’d be comfortable recommending them to anyone in their stage of life transition.

I recently moved from state to state and picked Star Van Lines Movers after reading a ton of really great reviews — and I’m really glad I did. Their team distinguished themselves from the initial phone call. Where the representative walked me through every single stage, explained all the costs clearly, and there was absolutely no surprise charge further down the road either (rare these days!). By the time moving day rolled around, the crew arrived on time, in uniform, and with a fabulous attitude that immediately eased my nerves. They treated my belongings — the fragile stuff and some of the larger, unwieldy pieces, especially — with great care. I was honestly blown away by how ingeniously they packed the truck; it was like a real-life game of Tetris. But what mattered was their consistency. The delivery came exactly when they told you it would — no delays, no excuses. Not a single one was damaged, no scratches, nothing. They also assisted in setting up my larger pieces of furniture, which was a huge energy saver for me. Getting the hell out of town can be stressful, but Star Van Lines Movers somehow made it feel easy. Professionality, transparency, and good heart, made them incomparable in the industry. I wouldn’t think twice about using them again or suggesting them to friends and family.
