Very careless customer Support always getting disappointed and very very slow withdrawal process

Unprofessional and Unhelpful Customer Service
Terrible customer service across the board. The call center staff are no better than the shop workers—they don’t communicate properly and can’t explain even the simplest issues. Instead of helping, they just try to blame the customer. Very disappointing.
