This company is only good at advertising online and on social media platforms. Quality it is equivalent to what you can buy at major stores, only difference is Steppers are over priced. Website said shipping would take 4-6 days, these took 19 days to arrive! Turns out they ship directly from China. When I asked them to cancel my order they just said we are doing to get your order to you. Everytime I asked for a refund, my request was completely ignored.

I ordered some insoles on the 6th of November. On the 19th of November I flagged that I had received no delivery. I got a standard email to be patient. Today is the 28th of December and still no delivery and no email nor message nothing.

They say 4-6 business days, two weeks later still in China. Highly do not recommend this company. Paid for shipping and hasnt moved. Will definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Might be good insoles, but it takes a month to get them. Horrible cusyomer service. Would give zero stars if I could

Ugh. Ordered 5 pair. 3 were the wrong size. Sent email - got the ‘someone will get back to you’ bot response. I would have HAPPILY returned them but was told to regift. Aw that’s nice, right? Wrong. A few days later I get an email ‘we sent you the right size’. Well - no you didn’t we my response and got another ‘someone will get back to you’… a few days later ANOTHER email ‘send pictures’. I had not regifted yet so … I sent pictures and told them to stuff it and on the 16th I got an email they are sending what I ordered and paid for - and that is the end. No refund. No proper fulfillment of my order. Then after providing proof - nada. Avoid these low moral people.

Size does not match with what I ordered. I ordered size 45/46 that according to the table is size 11/11.5. they have send me size 9.

Avoid This Company Ordered and paid for two pairs. Finally received order after a month to find one packet of insoles to have two left feet only (no right foot). Many emails back and forth with photos which they ask for of the two left feet only. However no response from this company regarding receiving a right foot insole to rectify my order.

I've been trying to get a refund for weeks now. I go through all the steps on the website with the response that someone will contact you within 24 hours to no avail. I even texted with the automated response bot, which said I ordered my inserts in January, and not November which would kill my refund due to it being over 90 days.
