This company gives what you pay for. High end finishes and extra touches show they really care about their product and the customer experience. From customer service, to the opening box experience, shipping quality everything was excellent. Sumo even sent a video of quality control matching my order number and showing the system playing games prior to sending which was a first for me. Highly recommend you go for the PS Vita which is what I got. This system is going to be my hand held moving forward. Would highly recommend if someone is sitting on fence because of price. Just go with the best out there which is sumo.

Overseas Shipping SCAM!! Be careful ordering from this website I placed an order for a PS Vita totaling almost $300 and after almost three weeks I received an empty box! The PS Vita and the SD card were not in the box. Will update with how they handle this situation. Update #1: After some emails and sending pictures of the empty box I was offered a refund or having a replacement sent to me. I want what I originally purchased and so I got an email stating that a replacement would be shipped to me Its been about three weeks since then but so far no shipping or confirmation emails. Update #2 Another PS Vita shipped via a different carrier and received after a tense couple of weeks and am totally satisfied with the buying transaction. Even though the first Vita was stolen somewhere along its shipping route SumoShopStore stepped up and shipped me another one. I happily change my one star review to a five star. Thank you again you have restored my faith in online shopping!

It's unfortunate this happened, we record video footage of each order being packed so we are certain we did not forget to include the PS Vita. We will work with the customer and the delivery courier to come to a resolution.

Product is great, it’s aesthetically pretty and I’m extremely happy to have my childhood console again and play my games that have just been collecting dust the last decade. Thank you so so much and will be shopping with you all again!!!

Great value for money. I had a little concern with the delivery but the after sales service was really helpful and my order turned up just afterwards. I would recommend whole heartedly.

I absolutely love my new PS Vita. It is amazing quality and the games are endless. I've been playing it everyday and can't get enough. This is the real deal. It didn't take very long to ship to the US either, which was great. Super happy with my purchase.
