Terrible the worst sauna it never works there is no customer service I have called several times and they send me parts you have to find someone to put the parts on the sauna. The warranty stinks and it will break sooner or later. I live in atlanta and they have zero customer support in atlanta. You can not call someone to come fix the sauna it’s done over the phone. Would not Recommend

Do not trust!!!
It started for me when I got a defective sauna shipped to me. The rear panel would not heat up. They agreed to pick up the sauna and ship out a new one and when the new one was delivered the front panel was damaged and not usable. They abandon the damage sauna at my house for over six months and never shipped out the replacement part even though they told me on multiple occasions that they would. I finally got sick of everything and ask for them to just pick up the sauna and they agreed to do that and give me a refund. It is now been several months and they have not refunded my purchase to the card. I’ve talked to several people and they all tell me that they will take care of it and nobody ever does. I don’t care how good their sauna is rated, I would not trust this company at all.

A Challenge to Sunlighten - Be the Company You Claim to Be
When ordered, we were told it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. It ended up being 6 1/2 weeks and the sales staff is not as prompt to return your calls once they have your money.
Be aware that when you receive shipment, Sunlighten provides instructions (inside your packaging) that you have two days to report any damage, otherwise you are responsible for replacement costs, shipping, and labor if needed. This is a very poor and opaque policy.
The web site says Customer Support is available 9 am to 7 pm Central time. When you call, you get put on indefinite hold. Also, the hours stop at 4 pm, not 7 pm Central time. Again, poor management and misleading times posted on web site. It is difficult for working people to talk with support and be sitting in front of your sauna at home, while at work. Poor management decision to limit the actual hours.
Installation manual is poorly designed and inadequate. Poor pictures. They need to have an independent person try to assemble a unit, in their presence, using their instructions. Good luck.
Our unit has numerous issues that we are trying to remedy, including a floor heater that does not function, interior lights that cannot be turned off, problems with the control unit, and several other minor issues. All while trying to get support.
The physical structure of the sauna appears to be high quality cabinetry. We hope that eventually we will have a fully-functioning sauna, but we are currently almost 10 weeks in (and them having our $6,000) and unable to enjoy our sauna.
I call for Sunlighten to respond to these concerns, take prompt and priority action to remedy our needs, and what we assume are concerns with other customers, and to take steps to improve their customer support, provide transparency in their marketing and sales functions, and become the company they claim to be.

Beware!
Beware!! I purchased a signature II sauna just over 3 years ago. I explained to the company that it would be an outdoor sauna and asked if it would be o.k. to store outdoors. They assured me that if I purchased a cover it would stay in good shape. Two months ago, I had to throw the sauna away due to the sauna being filled with mold! I tried reaching out to the company but the customer care Manager would not return my phone calls. This is a Horrible company, Don't waste your money! M.T.

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
My salesperson ignored my several requests to delay delivery. I am doing a renovation and the property is not accessible. This is now a hassle I don't have the time to address. Bad customer service is stupid since good customer service is so easy.
By the way, they wasted no time billing my Amex. That was easy for them. Attending to a customer request was simply ignored.

Would NOT recommend/Updated 04/06/2021
I wanted to love this sauna, but it's not comfortable and not user friendly. This is Sunlighten's largest model and yet, it is not that comfortable to lie down in it. The floating bench seats have a raised rounded edge that doesn't add anything to the experience except for discomfort and the benches themselves are too narrow. The android tablet that controls the sauna is also an issue. It is clunky and the functionality poorly designed. This is an easy fix that should have already have been improved, but for some strange reason, Sunlighten is slow to act. Even the color of the text, like white on gray background is not the best in dim lighting. Saunas are supposed to be relaxing, but this one is overly complicated and unnecessarily so. I am a previous owner of another Sunlighten model that I loved. It was very comfortable and easy to use. However, this sauna is a bit of mess. It is both a hit and a miss, but mostly a missed opportunity. The 3 in 1 wavelength technology is a hit and an improvement on my previous model. The door also closes better, thus retaining more heat. However, everything else about this sauna is a miss. For a sauna in this price range, it should be much more comfortable and much easier to use and unfortunately, that is not the case. Save your money and buy a lower end model.
UPDATE: I would like to add to this review that in general, you cannot go wrong with a Sunlighten sauna. If you love using saunas, they make great products and are the best in the infrared category. However, my review of this particular model still stands. A good analogy to illustrate my review better is that the mPulse suana is like buying an expensive car because of the engine and sporty looks only to find that the interior doesn't match the exterior and engine capabilities. If they could put the engine of this model and add it to the interior of my previous Sunlighten model, they would have the perfect sauna. Also, adding spa accessories, such as cushions, does help with the comfort level to some degree, but does not solve the narrow bench issue in general and should not be something every customer must do in order to be comfortable. UpDate: April 6th, 2021: I'm still having issues with this model. We had to get a new part for it and did not receive timely customer service. The part came and now the sauna works again, but all three ranges are now constantly on and we cannot use the programs function. We reached out to customer service but nobody responded. The Android tablet still remains an issue with updates taking 30 minutes and preventing usage when you want to use it and now tonight it will not allow me to login. Realistically, I shouldn't have to login to a sauna in this price range.

Greg- I would first like to thank you for your valued feedback. We are always trying to improve upon the user friendliness of our saunas and customer feedback and satisfaction is incredibly important to us. I am happy to hear that you feel having all 3 infrared wavelengths in an improvement, but sorry to hear that you aren't able to lay down in your unit comfortably. If you would like to discuss this matter in person and provide additional feedback I would love to hear it.

Misleading salesperson
Misleading salesperson! I know I should have read everything I could (which I usually do) however, I trusted and specifically asked the salesperson (Bri Partridge) if there was a guarantee for satisfaction and she said yes 14 days. She did not mention all of the fees involved that would be deducted from the purchase price and the fact that I could not even return a portion of the unit after it had been opened. Also, I actually bought the Solo in spite of her rude quip and condescending way of answering my questions. My total refund came to a little over $1,100.0 refund out of $2,600.00. I had developed panic type attacks and claustrophobe in the Solo Sauna after attempting to use it for 4 days. I will try and sell it myself. Do not buy from Sunlighten!! There are better ones..Sunlighten rides off of well known alternative treatment centers using them. They may get great customer service?
