I love my sauna! Recently an electrical problem arose. We contacted Sunlighten and talked with Cody Richardson. He helped us with troubleshooting and quickly identified the part that needed replacing. Sunlighten immediately sent us the replacement part free of charge. Thank you Cody and way to go Sunlighten!! We received our electrical part today, my husband had some questions about installing the part and called Sunlighten. Quick as a wink Noah Bolesta answered the phone. Noah talked my husband through the install which went smoothly and the new electrical part fixed the issue. Good job Noah and thank you Sunlighten! Got to go now, time to take a sauna!!

I recently bought a Sunlighten sauna (upgrade from another one) and love it. I n eeded help with some of the details and got great info from Cody who was patient, informative and didn't mind repeating himnself when I kept asking questions. He walked me through everything I needed to know to get the most benefits.. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for multiple health benefits. I personally like it as part of my anticancer program to prevent a recurrence as lots of studies show the benefits of the heat and with the color therapy and 3 infrareds I think I am we ll covered...seven years of good health so far....yay and yay Cody!!!

Noah was great! Noah took great care of me when another customer service agent dropped the ball.

I give all 5 stars to Sunlighten on behalf of Noah Bolesta. I have called multiple times, and although the customer service is always friendly, not very helpful. During our multiple calls to technical support, we were given the run around... contact this person, email that person, do a reset... etc. I finally received help when we were paired up with Noah. Thank you for listening and FIXING the issues we were having with our new Sauna. You have changed our opinion of Sunlighten for the better.

Needed a software update.  Contacted Sunlighten, got in contact with Stone who not only handled all my questions but went far and beyond what I was expecting since my sauna is more then a few years  Totally exceeded expectations ... excellent customer service experience!

Cody was super in helping me resolve the issue with my sauna. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and arrange for the replacement parts I needed. Superior service!

Once again, Noah is there for me. In the 3 years that we’ve had the sauna, there have been very few times that we’ve need to call with any type of questions or concerns. Last week we were having trouble with the original radio, which turned out to be nothing more than normal wear and tear and it was time for the radio to be replaced. Noah handle that for me perfectly. I called in today for some simple advice on how to perform a software update. For some reason my touchscreen was having some trouble with the update. Noah informed me that they would be shipping me a new touchscreen and zip drive with the newest version of the software on the zip drive. He gave me some tips on how to swap out the old The old and install the new. Seems pretty simple. Another great experience with the help of Noah at sunlight. Thanks Noah
