I put my order in with Micah yesterday for an mPulse sauna. I can't say enough good things about the experience I had working with her to decide on the right sauna for our needs. I first researched saunas 2 years ago and decided then that I would only purchase from Sunlighten when I could afford one. I am beyond excited for it to arrive and I know from the reviews that if I have a glitch,the Sunlighten team will stand behind their product. Thank you for being helpful and not pushy, Micah!!

Andrew McCurray provided me with excellent customer service and resolved my connectivity issue with the ART sound system I purchased. He walked me through the process and when it still wasn't working, he came up with a different solution which did the trick! He treated me with respect and didn’t make me feel that I didn’t know what I was talking about.

Stephen provided great customer service, helping me install my new stereo, setting up bluetooth, and attaching the antenna for the radio. He was positive and skilled, empowering me to experience success.

I LOVE my Solo Sunlighten system! I wish I could give it 6 stars. I first used an MPulse at a local yoga studio and liked it enough to buy my own. I was disappointed when I realized that I didn't have the right electrical for a larger unit but after speaking with Victoria at Sunlighten and hearing more about the Solo I decided to go for it. It shipped a few days before I was expecting it to - about 5.5 weeks after ordering. The set up was extremely simple and took just a few minutes. But on to the results - Wow! I sweat even more in the Solo than I did in the MPulse and overall just love the experience. After about 15 minutes I literally have sweat pouring off my entire body. It's very relaxing to lay down and heating up the system takes just a few minutes. It's also very easy to put away if you don't want to leave it out all the time, although I do leave mine out so I'm more encouraged to use it. The biggest thing that happened for me is a pain in my armpit (axilla) that I've had since a surgery I had over 14 years ago is gone. Not just better, but gone! If I had realized IR sauna could do this I would have bought one years ago. I've also used it to help with jetlag after taking a redeye across the country and it's unbelievable how much it seems to help. Normally I'm all jittery and shaky a day after a flight like that, but I've taken two cross country red eyes since buying my Solo and felt great each time. I seriously can't say enough good things about the Solo Sunlighten. If you're thinking about getting it and wondering if it's as good as a larger unit, like I was, the answer is yes - it is!

After owning our Sunlighten mPulse Concur for over 6 months we developed some software gliches and after finally having the time call customer service, I was pleasantly and professionally greet by Said and he did a great job in providing answers for the problems that we were having. Additionally he replaced the cushion cover when I explained that I followed the directions and still shrunk. Thank you for your attentiveness and assistance. The only thing that I can request is that Sunlight management better communicate software issues that come up with the system.

I love my sauna. It was easy to put together (snaps together) many years ago. I believe it was 7-8 years ago when I purchased it. It worked well and served me well for years. I personally kept it outside under a cover. Recently I had some problems with it. The problems were electrical, due to a mouse making a home in it during a period when I was traveling and not using it regularly. I and a local electrician, along with support from Sunlighten, specifically Said Jeilani and Dimitri Schrader worked through the problems. They provided wiring diagrams, technical support and replacement wiring and parts. I couldn't be happier with my spa or the support.

Great customer service! They helped me out with a unit that was out of warranty and treated me like I was a new customer. Said Jeilani Is one of the best support reps I’ve ever had.
