After extensive research I decided to go with Sunlighten for my sauna. I had great support through the purchase process and all questions were answered to my satisfaction. My Signature 1 Sauna was packaged well and was easy to assemble. I use my sauna a few times a week and am very happy with the performance. The only problem I ran into was the magnet would not completely latch the door. I had to make minor adjustments so it will stay latch. Overall I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

We love our Sunlighten Sauna, and have used it almost every day since we received it. It's easy to use with all the preprogrammed settings, and the radio and media screen help the time pass quickly. We would definitely recommend this sauna.

Great product

This sauna shipped all the way to Aruba in perfect conditions, so easy to install and now enjoying all the benefits. Beautifully made and great quality. The company made it very easy for us and they were very professional. The sauna feels completly different than those steam or hot stone saunas where you can not stand not even 5 minutes. After the session, it seems your body automaticaly cools itself you do not stay with that after heating sensation. Completely relaxing, has helped relieve my muscle tensions, seen a difference already in my skin and hoping those toxins are getting removed. Love it!

I’m completely satisfied with Sunlighten in my buying experience and my sauna. They excel at good customer service and communication. While the sauna was more expensive than other brands I researched, the extra cost was absolutely worth the service and product.

I have loved using my sauna. I try to use it daily. Although it’s a portable sauna, it’s still a little hefty and a pain to put in the corner after each use; however, the sauna itself has been a great investment. The biggest difference I notice in myself is increased energy.
