I like the ease of obtaining my pets…
I like the ease of obtaining my pets certification. But the time it took to get my harness ( which is too big for my cat, and documents was a little more than a month. But pleased to have the certificates

I received all documents the vest was…
I received all documents the vest was too small for my dog. They are sending me the right size but I haven’t received it yet. I Ned to know when will I get the right size

Took a while to get ESA documents
Took a while to get ESA documents. Then when an update was needed was frustrating to navigate how to do this and was difficult to make sure correct wording in documents was used ( as requested). At the end of the day, ESA documents were generated and approved by landlord. Took over 4 weeks though. Thank you!
