I called today to change the date for a cooking class. I was assisted by Daniel who made the process so easy. He was very helpful and friendly.

I called CS to cancel an order and Nestor was my representative. He was very helpful, kind and professional in assisting me with my order cancellation. The only reason I had to cancel was an issue of product arriving in time for a Bridal shower.

Sur Le Table is one of the better companies I have dealt with, besides their wonderful array of items for the home cook they have excellent employee's. Today I had Nestor help me out on the phone and he couldn't have been more helpful or professional! This is truly a valuable merchant in retail today!
